Booking Information
Everything you need to know before your visit. We keep things simple so you can focus on what matters most — your pup!
Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment, we ask for a £20 deposit at the time of booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or are unable to attend, the deposit will be retained.
Missed Appointments
We understand things come up! However, if you miss more than two appointments, we may ask for full payment upfront when booking future visits.
Arrival Times
We offer a 15-minute arrival window from your scheduled time. If you arrive later than this, we may not be able to complete the full service or welcome your dog that day.
Collection
We'll give you an estimated grooming time and get in touch around 15 minutes before your dog is ready. Please collect your dog within the agreed timeframe, as late collection may result in an additional fee.
